Guest warren
In the right hands these pups should make excellent mooching bushing dogs. Dam 'Lucy' Beagle, Tekle X Sealyham type Terrier, she is a excellent hunter, finder of game. She is also a very keen Ratter. Sire, 'Brock' Border Terrier recently killed in a ratting accident, he was a craking little dog showing plenty of promise, a good hunter, busher and Ratter. 'Bud is a Beagle X Tekle, he is the Grandfather of pups. Bud will hunt 'flush' anything you want him to, he is also a cracking Ratter. Pups, dogs and bitches are £100 each and they are in the Durham area. Tel 07502084551 BROCK LUCY

skycat 6,173
are any tails docked Why would their tails be docked? They are little hound crosses (Beagle/Teckel in there) not straight terriers and Borders are never docked anyway.

Anyway, thanks for the kind words people. It looks like the little Male pup on the front left as been spoken for! My Brother wants one of the other males so there is one male and three females left! A very good dog man once said to me that in the dog game (Lurchers, Terriers) there are no guarantees and I do believe he is absalutly right. I know I cant guarantee how these pups will look but I (((((nearly))))) dare guarantee they will be natural good little hunters and in the right hands i reckon they will make excellent little Ferreting, bushing dogs. Life is never dull with such a natural born hunter around Thanks CHALKY, its good to hear that CHIP has made the grade, I had faith in him the minute he was born, he is double bred to my "Willow" who was one one of the most versatile little dogs I have ever came across. Willow would never retrieve properly, if she had then a lot of very good gun dog men would have been very embarrassed because she showed there Spaniels up on every drive when it came to finding and flushing game. She could Rat with the best; if it was Deer we were after she seemed to know and she would harrass them untill they made their last mistake!! There was some big names in her earth work pedigree but she wouldnt have getting top marks for that but she hardly ever let me down when came to dealing with Foxy. The little dog is is sadly missed.
