sambam 8 Posted September 26, 2009 Report Share Posted September 26, 2009 hi lads and lassed still cannot log onto the site from my pc so iv borrowed next doors laptop to show you all my dog hes getting on now will be coming up 6 months old, as i said in my old post i was told his breeding is collie bull grey x saluki bull gray but basicly just a bitza bred worker to worker hes coming on well was retriving to hand but not no more, still retrives but jus drops the ball/dummy ect at my feet wich im not too botherd by as he still retrives in a fashion me and my dad went to castleton lurcher and terrier show so i enterd my dog jus for the crack realy anyway he come first place best smooth coat and best pup in show i was over the moon even though it was only a small show but first is first Quote Link to post

He's cuming on really well he jumped the back fence yesterday after more than a week of me trying!! but something has just seemed to click and hes becoming more confident and more obedient. He's the first pup I've brought on and I'm over the moon with him so far! just cant wait till next season to get him working! sambam 8 Posted October 3, 2009 Author Report Share Posted October 3, 2009 thanks mooshka i am happy i think hes gunna turn out taller than i thought, i mesured him the other night and he was 22itts and i was hoping for a dog around 25-26 as i didnt want a tall dog in the house but hes here to stay now lol i took him down the beach for a run(but forgot the camra ) and my dad come along with his ferrets, it was the first time hes been loose with them and was fine although got abit exited at times but was to be expected as hes still a puppy but i was happy as we went with 2 ferrets and came back with 2. so the ferret braking seems to be workin jus hope his stock braking will go as good as i havnt let him loose with sheep yet but gets around them at least 3 times a week and doesnt realy show much interest in them unless they run still tryen to get him to retrive to hand but not working so far any tips/help/ideas would be great as i said hes the first pup iv braught on myself and hes doin good so would love to see him in the hands of someone with more experiance atb sam Quote Link to post
