terrier mark 3

have been indoors ten minutes,went into kitchen having heard a popping sound there was a fire in welsh dresser cupboard were i keep my locators mark 1 and mark 3 the mark 3 had burst into flames??? dread tothink of what could of happened if we,d been out longer eh house burnt down etc.. has anyone one else had this happen with their locators .have only had the mark 3 since last october??any feed back as to what i can do about this would be cool lads /lasses.. am still bloody shaking as to what could of happened...cheers ..darrell.

to be honest mate i think it could of been but still shoukldnt of happened..i,ll have a hell of a lot to say to deben in the morning that i can assure you..thats me without a locator now as the mark 1 was in me bag as well as the mark 3..so as you can imagine am gutted ..cheers for the reply lads..atb..darrell.

not only did the locators suffer mate me jumper too not to mention the welsh dresser that it was all in damaged too fella..bloody fuming ,s not the half of it mate...will let ya know what they have to say tommorrow stevie..atb..darrell.

They may say that the batteries should have been removed , so they had been removed obviously

bloody hell mate never heard that happerning before but one of the lads i go digging with has a mk3 and has never got on with it it ether works fine or not a all but he used to joke that it was good as a hand warmer as it did use to get pritty warm when used all day.
