Ferrets escaped.

She's back, turned up again at exactly same time and same place.

 

Put her back in the shed and found an 1" wide x 10" long gap where the sliding entry flap is (it used to be a chicken shed).

I had previously jammed it all up with sticks, but it seems she must have picked them all out or something.

I've put bricks underneath and wedges in the top now. She was still there this morning, so it must have worked.

When i Kept ferrets i had a hob and jill ferret escape at the same time during the mating process,,The hob was five gardens away and up someones apple tree and the jill was in my garage in a box full of old clothes.

im new to hunting with ferrets this year and got 3 to start with, but after a few weeks they got out and went to play with the dogs they did not last long the dogs done 2 off them in the other 1 turned up in a bag off ferret food lol

 

jesus man, you need to be more careful where ferrets and other animals are concerned. not a very nice way for the ferrets to go...

is this the first time you ever had ferrets mate and what you got them for.

if they for working why did you get 3 if your new to this

well like i said im new to it and have no idea really what im going just going to give it a go, so not really knowing what i needed i end up with 3

 

Put it down to a bad experience and lack of knowledge, just don't let it happen again.

Stick with this forum, ask questions and learn - there's some great knowledgeable folk on here who are more than happy to give advice and they've certainly helped me.
