reavo2k9 20 Posted September 19, 2009 Report Share Posted September 19, 2009 hi all i have got a court appearence on 2nd october for careless driving, a plastic copper has it in for me he says he seen me ride a motorbike across a field and drive of when he approached me ive had 3 charges against me i was at my parents digging a pond at the time of the so callled offence ,police have beeen and took steatements to prove i wasnt there then i thought nothing else of it and suprise a summons ,he also has me for killing a cat at the same time with two lurchers and making threats to get my dogs put down, hes snooping over my gate looking at my kennals going round me car like a traffic cop checking tyres etc and asking neighbours if i go out at night etc anybody got any advice on how to approach this matter except plead not guilty im gonna have this traffic warden help me ,other than that i dont own a bike i have one dog and they is no evidence how on earth can i get charged ?
