zini 1,939
Hi guys, I went for a mooch around my permission today after work to see what was about. Luckily there was plenty of vermin kicking about today, so I managed to give the new R10 a good run out. The squizzer was a simple 10 metre head shot at a 45 degree angle in a tree. The tree rat was busy eating nuts and didn’t even see me stood there scanning the tree tops. The pellet struck the top of its neck and it fell and didn’t even kick with nerves. The corrid was sat on top of a 20 foot big green fence along the old airfield where I shoot, at 30 metres " my zero range" It was struck cleanly and opened its wings to hit the grass at the other side of the fence. I didn’t have time to walk the half a mile around the fence to retrieve it so I left him for 1 of the 3 Charlie’s that hunt on the grass every night. The photo was taken through the fence. The woody was stood out on a private football field at 40 metres and needed a mil dot of holdover. He was hit cleanly at the bottom of his neck where I intended the pellet to impact. A very pleasing shot. All in all it was a good hour mooch about. I also had the added bonus of having a bunny in my snare that I set yesterday in a hole in a fence going into a conifer plantation. I hope you enjoy the photos Zini Quote Link to post

zini 1,939
Hey guy’s ive just had a weird and strangely direct PM from someone on here that has only become a member today. The profile is left blank too. The content of the PM has got me wandering what this person really wants information wise. Those on here who know what i do for a living, Festa, Wuzzy, Marksman and Reggeman will understand why i find this PM strange for security reasons etc. It may seem innocent to a lot of people but this person is a NOOB and going straight for the kill with location questions with no explanation why. Ill try and post all the message into here, Hi 4376rabbit View Member Profile Add as Friend Send Message Add to PM block list Forward PM Find Member's Topics Find Member's Posts Hi, Today, 02:07 PM Newbie Group: Members Posts: 0 Member No.: 40104 Joined: Today, 01:39 PM Hi Zini, Was just looking at your photos and comments from your recent hunting activity, where abouts do you shoot if you don't mind me asking?
