good old chedder, if you go to chedder gourge they have cheese tasting shops where you can try every kind of chedder ever made, they have oak smoked, fish flavoured, pretty much anything savoury you can think of is made ina flavour of cheese.

 

and you can even buy 1foot square cheeses

any cheese for me......love the stuff

 

but, you cant beat wrapping a whole camenbert in tin foil and roasting it in the oven for 40 mins then unwrap it break the top open and dip in sliced carrots, apples, crisps.....anything you want really !!!!

Just for a bit of fun,, Whats your Favorite cheese? Mines Roquefort,, could and have eaten chunks of it all night.

MOUSETRAP. Red Leicester, not the soapy crap you get in the supermarkets, proper Leicester cheese. Dunnarf mek yer fart tho.

whats that cheese with maggots in it :sick:

 

Cabrales, comes from Asturias in northern Spain. Bloody strong, and you can't see the maggots because they're really small. Brilliant cheese.

 

Best cheese I've ever tasted was strong rind-on Cheddar from Roger Wilkins' cider farm in Somerset.
