stormrider8 59
I have a bull x bitch which i have been getting fit for the last 5 to 6 weeks, out a couple times a week on the bike and a 2 or 3 nights out on the rabbits. The other night i went out and she had 3 long runs on some big rabbits and 1 run on a very big one. All this happened within 30 minutes of getting out the van, generaly i will warm the dog up first but this time i didnt and she was straight into it. The next day she was a little lame on her front leg and the day after she could hardly walk. Its now been 4 days she seems to be on the mend but is still very twitchy when i run my hand down her back. Has anyone else ever had this before? Is there anything i can do or is there any chance of permanent damage. Any help would be appreciated. Just want to get the bitch back on form again. Quote Link to post
