If it does the memory may have failed to reset this happened to my DeWalt drill batterie all I did was discharge the remaining power and then it recharged no probs Quote Link to post

mushroom 13,477 Posted September 14, 2009 Report Share Posted September 14, 2009 not connected correctly take it apart and check all contacts, take photos and post on here if you can. did you resolder the connections or bodge them??? (bodge meaning connected whatever way you could). The reason the green light is staying on is because the charger is not registering an empty battery which means that the battery is either wired up incorrectly or there is some physical damage to the charge memory Quote Link to post

New battery mate. Drop dog fox off here a pm he's got a sh1t hot battery for his light weighs in a good lot less than a kilo I'm just not sure what it's called get one the same and you can't go wrong.
