I received several e mails from someone claiming to be from the inland revenue last week, it all looked very official untill i opened an attachment & it requested my mothers maiden name & bank details to get back tax i am owed

I dont believe anyone could be so silly to fill in any form with these details but just incase anyone else has had one its not how the inland revenue contact people not by e mail

Prefer Nigerian ones myself.Always tell them your really interested, keep it going for a few emails then ask them to send you something like £500 (obviously not to your bank) as a goodwill gesture and to prove there is trust on both sides...

works out two ways, your either £500 richer or you never hear from them again, great bit of sport in the summer ;)
