You looking at £200 plus for air arms S200 good gun nice and light. Theoben rapid 7 pretty heavey you can pick up for £450 and upwards. Try and have a feel of the guns at your local shop or range as if the gun is too heavy you won't enjoy shooting it Link to post Share on other sites

It was a really accurate weapon but being the single shot version I personally found the gun no good for hunting, fumbling for pellets when a quic k second/third or more shots were going begging. I traded it in for the Air Arms S510 SL .22 and what a difference. Somehow it is more accurate but the main thing is the 10 shot magazine and the side load action. You can load with one finger as slow as you like and I have never had a double load, great for hunting. I am sure there are other great rifles out there but if you want it for hunting mainly it is excellent. Bob. Link to post Share on other sites

Its small, light, accurate and doesn't cost a fortune so you are not worrying abut messing it up all the time it's easy to cock without fuss but you do need to put an HW silencer on it as the standard one is no good. The down side is that the mags are fiddly to load and you dont get a lot of shots to a fill. I've got a torch and a laser on mine and its great at night. I do fancy putting a night vision scope on the HW 100 whch is also a great gun if a little souless. Steve Link to post Share on other sites
