Google "Scoby Junor" they do all sorts of butchers sundries and you can download recipes on line, they do a fantastic mail order service. I only ever use natural casings, but make sure you soak them overnight in the fridge then wash them thoroughly - they are preserved in salt!! Quote Link to post Share on other sites
