Sterry 0
Had a "private study" last lesson today, as it would have it as i was walking out got a call asking if i wanted to go shoot some woodies...i gladly obliged. the farmer has a few feilds of stubble still to be ploughed in, whilst hes been drilling the winter rape so there is a fair few pigeons about...and this is the result. Had a few problems with the gun, but i sorted it out the ejector screw had come loose and was sitting proud. all sorted now. Quote Link to post

Sterry 0
yeah we managed to find five, but at least 3 more feel in th rough behind and seeing as both of the dogs are out of action (one with a pulled out claw the other with a cut up pad from some glass where we walk them) there wasnt an awful lot we could do about it. The gun is a Somerton, made in somerset, 12 bore, double trigger. It one of only 14 made. I love it, its fairly new to me, and a bit long atm but does the business.....sometimes at least Quote Link to post
