masmiffy 82
How long is a piece of string? Remember ferreting a small warren once, about 6 holes. Waited for ages for fert to appear when suddenly about 25yds away a rabbit bolted! Knew the hole was there but assumed, stupidly, it was a different warren! Quote Link to post

driller killer 33
I have one permission and pretty much each hedge is one very long narrow warren, it is riddled with them, have to be on your toes, by best worker is brilliant but she will just work all the way up the hedge and just keep going! she ends up popping out at the top of the field when your at the bottom, have to have eyes in the back of you head, and lotsa nets! The one 8,482
I do a railway banking that you need three hundred yard long nets along the top to get the bolters Quote Link to post
