I took this picture the other night of the moon. I don't quite know what has happened camera settings were

f8

Manual focus

0.4 secs shutter speed

ISO 800

300mm On Tripod

No flash

white balance daylight.

 

I didn't aim at the moon directly it was to the left of the shot.

It looks like I have another green planet there

Went to Wales a few weeks back Kay , had some cracking sunset pics , left the bloody camera there :doh: gutted , well it could be worse i suppose .

 

I am always doing that with unbarellas, not leaving them in wales , just leaving them in shops & things :laugh::laugh:

I know what I did now. last night the sky was clear and the moon bright tried photographing again this time I noticed the reflection so I moved the tripod and camera until the shadow aligned with the moon and voila!!! no reflection. Only thing is it isn't that clear but it'll do me. Its only fun, and playing around with new camera. thats how you learn.
