if i had a deben terrier finder could i just not go and purchase deben ferret collar.

 

in other words would a ferret collar work with a terrier finder ??

also a Deben terrier collar/finder will work the same as a ferret collar/finder, I use mk3, 3 collars are ferret collars 200mm long, plus one terrier collar, the locator is the same, just collar length differs 400mm for terrier, which Ive cut down to 300mm for use on my large hobs...

never noticed a difference between MK1 ferret/terrier finder boxes either 8ft or15ft one box does ferret/terrier

the transmitters on the collars are the same only the length of the collar differs as stubby said, so the calibration of the box will recieve signals from the collar wether ferret or terrier
