borntoshoot 1 Posted September 7, 2009 Report Share Posted September 7, 2009 hi all, applying for my shotgun cert in a few weeks and was looking at guns for my younger sister, (shes 10 but fairly big for her age) and i was looking at hushpower .410's and thaught that i would use it for lamping but do you need a shotgun certificate or FAC for hushpower guns? I think you'll find that "hushpower" or not, its still a .410, which is a shotgun, and so you will need a SGC to be able to get it bud. A hushpower is just a moderated .410 shotgun, that is the main difference between that and any other type of .410. All the best, Grim. Quote Link to post
