It's nice to see so many compassionate, considered, and well thought out replies to a thread on THL............ I wonder if people would make so many comments about condemned IRA terrorists? I beleive that setting fire to a naval dockyard also qualifies for hanging. There is a case for severe punishment I think, in some cases. I do think that they should be expelled from this country to finish the rest of their sentence in their home country. However were they not British citizens. An example of severe punishment is Major "Black Jack" Pershings' He shot 49 muslims with bullets soaked in pigs blood. Then buried them in a pit filled with pigs blood. The 50th muslim was allowed to go free. terror attacks ceased from that day on.
