cometa300s 20 Posted September 6, 2009 Report Share Posted September 6, 2009 alright lads i need a bit of advice. my s200 bolt action has came abit loose no power has been lost but after i fire the bolt bounces back out of the chamber. is it easy to replace them and is there anywere i could get one from. or would i be advised to take it into the shop and have it looked at properly. any replys welcome atb liam Quote Link to post

SEAN3513 7 Posted September 7, 2009 Report Share Posted September 7, 2009 the bolt must be pushed right forward and then right down ( to the right) this then locks the bolt in place not doing the above will result in the bolt being pushed backwards by air from the breech when the shot is taken. cheers sean Quote Link to post
Guest Scuba1 Posted September 8, 2009 Report Share Posted September 8, 2009 There is an O-ring between the bolt handle and the action that may have worn out when you replace it, use a slightly bigger one as that will stiffen up the bolt in the locked position. You don't even have to take the bold handle off for that as you can just fiddle it over the handle onto the bolt, as they will stretch that far.
