johnnyg33 0 Posted September 6, 2009 Report Share Posted September 6, 2009 WENT OUT FOR A WALK IN A COUPLE OF FIELDS OPPOSITE MY HOUSE ON FRIDAY NIGHT,THE CONDITIONS WEREN'T VERY GOOD, MOON WAS OUT AND IT WAS VERY CALM,BUT I'D TOLD THE NEPHEW WE'D GO,SO I PUT THE LAMP ON MY HW100 .22 AND OFF WE WENT,NOTHING IN THE 1ST FIELD AND THEN WE GOT THE EDGE OF THE FARM DRIVE WHERE THERE'S A FIELD OF ABOUT 1/2 AN ACRE,THERE WAS 17 BUNNIES OUT,MANAGED TO DROP 3 BEFORE THEY SCARPERED FOR COVER,GATHERED THEM UP AND PUT THEM IN A TREE AND WALKED ROUND THE OTHER SIDE THE FARM HOUSE AND SHOT ANOTHER 2 FROM ABOUT 40 YARDS, TREE'D THEM AND WALKED A BIT FURTHER AND BAGGED ANOTHER,NOT BAD WITH A SUB 12 FP AIR RIFLE I ON A BRIGHT CALM NIGHT I THOUGHT, 2 BUCKS AND 4 DOES,NONE OF THEM IN KIT OR CARRYING MILK SO A GOOD RESULT ALL ROUND.
