droid 11
I have a pair of Meindl ladies boots - don't laugh, they fitted perfectly - and they've been excellent despite minimal looking after. They are 10 years old and still waterproof. Expensive mind, but total class.
arcticgun 4,548
IMHO it is well worth paying a few quid above the norm for walking boots, look after your feet and they will carry you miles. The Brasher boots suggested are top notch and will serve you for many years, cheap boots are false economy, atb Richard
Wanna be farmer 0
The game keeper who i work with has a pair of Le Chameau boots and he say they are realy good. In a few weeks i'll be getting a pair of Le Chameau Mouflon Kevlar Walking Boots and i'll tell you how they are. But the people who i have spoke to who have them love them.
