The best way is to steam it if you dont have a steamer do it in tinfoil in the oven add a little water in tinfoil to keep it moist have wiyh mashed potatoes & mashed swede. And it means that there's no danger of it bursting as so often happens if you boil it. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/gas mark 4. Wrap your haggis in foil and bake it in the oven for about 45 minutes per 450g (1lb). When cooked, remove the foil and transfer to a plate. Serve accompanied by 'neeps and tatties', remembering the whisky and bagpipes (a CD perhaps) for the full Scottish effect hope this helps kirky Quote Link to post Share on other sites
