these braindead a..holes dont really value the life of a eeo [must enjoy paying vet fees] get real when you know theres approx 2inch of soft feather and paper thin skin against harf inch teeth doesent bear thinking about. i keep owls,hawk, falcons,buzzards. and know there limmits. so next time your out doing this crap please PM me cause im a taxidermist............

they would deffinutley do them like jasper said with the right training my mate got one which does them on a regular basis il have a word with him to see if he will let me put a video clip of it in action my other mate had a red tail took a fox diddent kill it but it was not going any where untill helping hand got their its a twat of a red tail its a twat with dogs so thats why he tried it on fox

how big is a red tail is it athe same size has a buzzard cant belive it twated a fox either that bird is as big as an eagle or that fox is one of them english poofy ones

Its not all about size! its if the bird has the balls to do it, Most trained Spars will latch onto things alot bigger than themselves, I had a female attache itself to a cock pheasant walking throw some Gorze, it only let go after being dragged through some brambles, its surpriseing what a confident bird will take on sometimes.

 

A Redtail is a handfull compared to a Common buzzard, Bigger feet more weight and aggresion with a capital A is some of the advantages they have over a common Buzzard, They're a cracking bird when you get them fit ........

Yep I don't doubt it!! but then again I saw large cockerel taken out by a small Peregrine Hybrid weighing less than quarter its weight :whistle:........

yes i know birds will take bigger game but a red tail has no hope of taking a fox i seen my mates harris come off bad oneday on a mink bigger bird bigger prey same outcome
