I rigged a couple up today while whilst i was waiting for my Mrs,after a few minutes ,i jumped the fence,and set em

i think the devil made me do it.

Its the hazel stick ,that holds the snare over the run ,the wire type tealer is much better.i had a long wait today and got bored,so as the saying goes ,The devil makes work for idle hands

hi mate i use the figue 4 wire tealers,

an they the bees knees, just out a curiosity, any chance of a close up pic of the hazel tealer

 

just like tae know how it works12 inch hazel peg,point one end , other end split ,to hold the wire.

Bloody hell micky have you gone in a time machine,they take me back,every time i bought snares from the shop it was down to the hedge for pegs and tealers .Did you catch any rabbits in it???

 

Got your pm on moochers might have to give it a try couldn't reply for some reason.

set three ,will check about 6am ,i think theres plenty of foxs there though ,the headlands covered in that black shit ,they do when they have been eating berries,

had another go today ,only set a couple and two fenns for some ferret grub,i,ve just checked, and had one,there might be another in the morningif i can beat the foxs,i,am going down to the wash in the morning for a few days ,i shall take a few snares down with me and try my luck there.
