After waiting nearly 2 months for a refund of monies sent, and numerous emails, with auto replies stating 1, PC has been seized by the Police 2, Using works PC but its not for personal use 3, PC has been destroyed by the Police All saying refunds will be sent out ASAP, and not a contact number or address i have had enough as i really want my money back, he said his address and contact number are on file, so does any one have contact with him or can they get him to find a PC, which isnt too difficult in 2 months in todays day and age and get him to refund myself and the others he has stolen money from. I have a crime reference number and have been asked if i would like to pursue the matter further as theft and deception, but as is in my nature im wanting to give the man a chance to set things straight before the Police proceed. I opened a dispute anyway as an unauthorised transaction and saw the updates from paypal. Dispute logged - request for reply from other party, reply from other party, request for reply from other party, then dispute closed as insufficient information available And as for a crime reference number, just pop into the station and file a report, i think its a formality they are used to as it was really quick, you are then given a reference number. I'm sorry bruv but you walked straight into a sucker punch. PO CHING? Come on! What do you think he is "PO CHING"? Eggs? He's a crafty little thieving fughpig and your best bet is write off your losses and learn from your own mistake. No offence but shouldn't that name have set off alarm bells?
