TOPPER 1,809
common burnie ive heard you been testing them for b&f what are they really like, is it faster than the old ones as i favour the orthvox system over b & f as its much faster. Quote Link to post
burnie69 376
I think you've mixed me up with a friend of mine but yes it is faster then the old 1's but some of the newer older 1's was faster any way.I not knocking any other terrier locating system at all. all i know is it works for me and alot of other lads i know who use them. The new collar was tested all last season at least 5days aweek and never once had any hick ups and there was improvement's made on the 1 what was tested. So if you like what you see try it if not leave it simple as. THATS WHY I ASKED YOUR FRIEND ,a profesional using it 6 days a week never let him down once , charged it up only a couple of times in that period , the only time he had a prob, was his own fault not chaging it , and in his words when i reverted to the old collar it looked f*****g big, it is a lot of money but arnt are terriers worth it Quote Link to post

steviemann 5
whole collar looks new, go on bellman website an theres pics of the 2 collars tae compareclick details an it gees you a bigger pic thanks DD. If this means no more screws to tighten breaking the casing this must be an improvement!!! Quote Link to post

hue jeers 6
All looks well and good and I think it's great that some good ol' British bloke is doing his bit for Terrier work, but ................................................................................ ................................................................................. ................................................................................. ......................................... there are cheaper alternatives out there that work just as well. Good luck to Jeremy Bellman or whatever his name is, think I'll stick to what I've already got, might buy a new fukwitt motor to go on the shovel though Oh and I would imagine that the new B&F collar would work with all the other Avalanche systems, they're all on the same frequency.
