Darrenm 0
What about RWS superdomes? It would be interesting to find out what people think of them, they seem very popular. Darren Quote Link to post

boblikesguns 6
sorry I've noticed everyone on this forum seems to only use domed pellets. I almost always go for pointed for rabbits or h-point for rats as they've always seemed to work better, (pointed more penetration, h-point more impact). Whats the crack, am I wrong, or do you guys just not think its worth the extra 20p on the tin for what you get? Quote Link to post
Craig Fosse 286
I think a few of us on here have had bad experiences with pointed pellets mate, they tend to move around alot in the air and I have just generally stayed away from them, as for hollow points I don't use them plainly due to I want an all round pellet and hollow points to me tend to go quite in accurate at longer distances, so to me a domed pellet is an in between for everything. 1 Quote Link to post
boblikesguns 6
cheers for explaining that, yeah I've seen that once or twise, I buy the expensive RWS posh ones, and they are pretty good, can get a very small grouping on paper, and haven't had many issues hunting. Then again I mostly shoot rabbits, not much wriggle room if your shooting rats. Quote Link to post
hairy biker 14
I use the daystate ft heavy in my mfr and get good knockdown at 30-40 yards on rabbits Quote Link to post
