Its a risky mating TBH, any faults in the linage will come to surface, you are going to Double on all problems good and bad. You really need to know a little about breeding and genetics before breeding this tight IMO.

But in saying that, ive seen outstanding results in this type of breeding, you will bring to surface unwanted characteristics from ressesive genes, its a great way to see what faults lie dormant in your stock as both sire and dam can carry dormant faults and this will bring it to the top.

Its one thing to do it but you would have to cull hard to start with.

Im putting full brother to sister next year ;)

Can anybody help me, I am wondering whether mother to son breeding turns out healthy pups?

If it is a one off and both animals are healthy then almost certainly you'll have no problems. But unless you know enough about genetics and the heredity diseases of dogs stop there.

To say that you are going to double up on good and bad traits is not strictly true. All dogs have the POTENTIAL to cary recessive genes for some pretty nasty things. Now related individuals are MORE likely to be carrying the same recessive gene than unrelated genes. Mating those two together increases the probability of a puppy being born with two copies of a recessive gene for a genetic disease.

There is a saying that is much used but very true, if you breed close then cull hard.

Hope this helps
