sh 08 17
Now a good all rounder covers all sorts of things, my mates collie grey is the best all rounder ive ever seen. She will sit in the hide when he's shooting and retrieve anything that he shoots weather it be on land or water. She's a cracking little ferreting dog and also pretty nippy on the lamp. He has put loads of time into her and its paid off Quote Link to post

migmog 1
Where abouts in the lake district are you from ? Im not far from windermere. I like my beddy greys. Quote Link to post
Bosun11 537
Suppose it all depends on what folk class as an allrounder, personally I'd plump for one of those pups Tomo has on, if it's about filling a bag, you won't go wrong there! Quote Link to post
Phil 0
I know I will sound as if I'm trying to sell one of my own, but a Bedlington Greyhound Whippet is a fantastic all rounder. Got speed, grace and brains. The parents to our pups have done everything between them. Quote Link to post
lurcherman85 0
i also recon its got to be a bull x greyhound, saluki x greyhound, because u got stamina, speed and they stupididity of the bull to go into anything, just have a racey dog not a heavy one, bull xs arnt stupid just dead game Quote Link to post
the pikey poacher 1,157
go for a saluki/greyhound mate you dont need bull in um my red and white dog on the left of the screen was a top dog i took 3 charlies in 20 mins on the lamp got it on my phone to prove it and he would take any thing i put him on big stuff long ears pre ban of course and worked rabbits on the lamp as good as any other cross mate take my word for it please you wont be disapointed Quote Link to post
