JoeD 24
After being away from the show circuit for a few years, this year i decided to go to a few and i couldn't believe my eyes, there were more women showing supposingly working terriers then men! Also i have never seen red dogs look so red and after looking at some of the judges hands it was obvious that they was coloured up. I thought i was at cruffs. Also some of the judging i have seen has bin scandaless undershot bent legged little things winning shows! I was also at the yorshire show for the first time in 6 years and i saw a blank an tan win a crossbred class now surely that dog belongs in B/T lakeland class!! I think me and showing will not be happning again. isnt showing dogs about a social gathering for all the family, and most dogmen are married etc and its great when you see ladies and kids there enjoying the day out, shake your head you ignorant buffoon, are you a homo with a problem with the fairer sex,YOUR ON THE WRONG SITE MATE YOU WANT,WWW.RAM MY BOTTOM.COM,funbob and misses who likes dogs too Looks like your UNDER THE THUMB BOB not funbob sounds like you have no choice about your mrs going to the shows!! Your on the rong site mate you need to be on WWW.GROW SOME BALLS.COM won every show in england - what a pathetic excuse of a human being! are you for real? i'd put money that the dog that beat you was shown by a woman!! well deal with it as more women get involved with hunting thats going to be the case, country shows are a great way to fill in the gap from march til september, tis a grand family day out! my daughter and neices come with me to these and you'll be charmed to know my daughter will be one of the lasses standing with a lurcher! be it on the field or in the ring! shows are for a giggle and to meet up with people who you wouldn't see otherwise, YOU are just the kinda person to bring the mood down, go out and start collecting stamps you'll need something to make you feel good about yourself before season... Yes i am for real!!!!!!!THE PROBLEM IS SUNSHINE THESE PET WOMEN WHO ARE SHOWING pet terriers have never dug a hole infact the only time they have seen a fox is on a sunday afternoon watching a wild life programme. Have you asked ALL the women who show if they have ever dug a hole? because I think if you actually took the time out and asked to see what people do you will find that they do work there dogs and are quite good terriermen/women, and they don't need to prove anything but I am sure some wouldn't mind taking you out on a days digging to to shut you up. lurcher lass 9
exactly, look at how many girlies are on here, i was surprised myself and i've been into working lurchers or racing greyhounds for years, like i say this year was the first lurcher show i have ever been to, i enjoyed seeing all the dogs and admittly fell in love with a few dogs it was good to see women with their dogs and some may be working more then others but thats what makes it varied and tis up to the judge to decide. tis only meant to be a giggle end of the day and i do think theres a tad of an over reaction going on

Yes it would of made a difference because a bloke wouldnt be showing a pet coloured up dog he would be showing a smart working type dog with natural colour. Utter bollocks............. shepp 2,285
I know it is contraversal and I am no woman hater, in fact I would'nt shag anything else. But in the dog world, women have a very large influence on show dogs and so can carry more than than there fair share of the blame for f**k.ing up many useful breeds. I think if they get hold of working types they will baby them, breed them for looks only and drag them down to the the level of already ruined breeds. I see this ad in Countrymans this week - Nine Beautiful Black and White Pointer Puppies Well Marked - Seven Girls , Two Boys KC Registered. Solid, Chunky Little People ???? What a load of pathetic anthropomorphic rubbish and I would bet £100 that it was a woman advertising!
