othickman 6
I'm definitely going to go to midland game fair, but I haven't been before ... does anyone know if theres a parking a mile or so from the site to avoid the traffic?
sulurian 3
Excellent as long as you dont show your dog, as you,ll be in for a long expensive day.
timjim 43
is it worth a 200 mile jurney ?????? in my honest opinion No! theres too many people there and its too expensive for everything, the cost to eat there last year was crazy and the dog ring is pretty far from the main showground, one of the boys dogs has qualified but dont know if its worth the effort driving there may stay home and go out with the dog instead the welsh gamefair is a hundred times better! roll on next years welsh gamefair! timjim 43
Game fairs are not just for lurcher and Terrier folk. They need the townies as well. Welcome them and try to educate them in country sports. All grist to the mill. i agree but the midland isnt really for the terrier/lurcher folk at all is it?, took us ages to find the ring last year, was really far from the main show, pushed aside like a load of outcasts, f**k them i wont go there again,
