craigyboy 1,274
Cant believe this could ever in this country that's built on rural traditions and lifestyles.. We gotta fight this now cos if you think its hard to fight it now it'll be 100 times harder if its ever past.. The thing i find hard to come to terms with is that all of these people are trying to pass this law without publicity and it could be upon us before we know it.. Any lads got any ideas what we can do before this gets any further? Yours in sport.. Pa I agree pa I do believe the Irish people value their strong culture and tradition too much to let what happened in britain happen here. Doubt we will ever allow our country to become one that lacks identity and quintessential lifestyle. Too much to be proud of. im sorry mate i disagree,we do value our culture and tradition and everything possible was done to stop this ban, remember the countryside march(yes i was there) it was all in vain, theres to many of the fluffy bunny brigade in our society to stop it,and if you think you can stop ireland from going the same way as us,then its not another island your on.....its another planet Quote Link to post

Our stronger culture, tradition and sence of pride and Identity will pull us through. Hopefully ye people will reverse the ban in your country some time . I wish you all the best. Raymond 618
They will do what they want to do no matter what we want. Thats Ireland for you. The c--ts took our horses in all away from us.When the government want to do something they just do. Sure they are shafting us all the time. You hardly see any horses around my way like it used to be years ago. They do what they want. Thats history for you. Quote Link to post
smasher 1,055
Men women and children on both sides of the water involved in country persuits should stick together on this one,i remember the march in london and a lot of the irish hunting lads and lasses, myself included downed tools, took the time of work at our own expense and made the journey to join you in your struggle to fight your oppressers,im sure if need be the favour will be returned Quote Link to post

Northsider 9
coilte don't want any hunting of wildlife in their forestrys..the only way around it is if you can prove you had permisson to hunt there before they owned the land coilte do want hunting in there forstrys they just want u to pay for it look what they charge for deer stalking its all about money plus insurance the law in this country at the moment is if ur walking on land and say u break a leg u can claim off landower even if he didnt give you permisson that law has to go first how many hunting people in ireland have insurance if ur not in a club it cost 50 euro that cover you everywhere even fishing or if your dog bites someone hunt follow everybody should take this out even hill walker to protect the farmer hence more hunting permisson Quote Link to post
