hi lads just to let you know i was at the irish master of foxhounds meeting in eire og gaa club last week. the greens are trying to ban hunting with dogs by trying to licence people that have more than 3 bitchs in their kennels you would have to pay an unreal amount of money. this would put many if not all clubs to the wall. we have to fight this head on lads. also martin ferris came to the meeting (sein fein). He said the party are fully behind the hunting fraternity and he will get the full support of his party behind us. he said it was a young member that pushed through the anti hunting bill in their last ard fheis and he said he knows the majority of his party will get behind us. tiocfaidh ar la lads.

This is to all the lads in Eire .....I never in my wildest dreams 10 ...20 years ago thought my way of life would make me into a criminal in the eyes of our current goverment I clearly remember you would see the odd article about hunting with dogs to be banned but most of Joe public the normal working class men and women thought it was only fox hunting that was to be banned and when they think about fox hunting they percieve it as a bunch of toffs rideing about the country side ripping every fox they come accross with a pack of blood thirsty dogs they did nt know there is more to fox hunting and whole communitys relly on the hunt .and they didnt realise that it would effect the normal working class lad mooching with his lurcher or terrier so niavely the supported it or just didnt care .

And this ban is just around the corner for the lads accross the water so you need to fight it tooth and nail ....but some of the pics that are put up on here are doing your cause no favours at all .....fair enough you say its still legal in your country but these pics will be downloaded by the anti scum and used against you in there corrupt propeganda ......and who will be looking at these pics ?......The normal jo public or house wife and these are the people that are the large majority of voters ......All this macho fxk the ban that some lads spout they can craic on but see if there still saying that when there inside in a cell with Winston ....A BIT OF A FANTASY FOR WILF AND DARCY .....I done 90 moons inside and its not a nice place to be ....

The point im trying to make is you lads need to be sensible nowadays and give the antis as little ammunition as possible .....more than likely lads will be thinking fuk that MOO we will do what we want ...fair enough but I dont see the point of advertiseing it ....hopefully hunting with dogs is not banned in the Emerald Isle ....but I can guarentee you 10 years ago nobody realy thought it would happen over here .

i had heard word of this happpening before but not many believed me when i said it, but here we are lads the sad tale is true . .

 

right paddy's dig yer heels in and fight against it, we've always had a good bit of stubberness just make sure ye use it in a positive way! continue hunting, film any bad antics that the anti's are doing, write up reports of dates and times of anti's tresspassing, swearing causing grief etc but most of all keep yer temper under wraps as this could easily cause trouble

Thanks for the information dehoff. unity is the only way we will overcome this problem. we need to stick together and be intelligent about how we attempt to save our lifestyle. Ferris is a man from my area and both him and his daughter are good people to have on our sides.

I agree it will never happen, but it wont be from the want of people trying.

However i also believe that we will stand together to make it harder but it will be more because of reasons like the amount of men of cloth that are involved in hunting in this country, priests are hugely involved in coursing in ireland, by this i mean our greyhound coursing and they will have a major impact on the way things will go.

Have you ever walked around clonmel and wondered who is saying mass in the local churches lol lol.
