Looks like you could do the same with a torch, a normal camcorder and some duct tape. Or am I just being boring?

The LEDs that you can see in the video are only visable because of the video cam that's being used to record it in action because there ir LEDs same as a normal night vision

so no a torch would not work the same because the rabbit or what ever you where hunting at the time would be able to see the Beam from the torch where the ir LEDs would be invisable

Ah, sorry, I must've missed the part where he said they were ir. Still, it's a nice idea but a bit unpractical, in my opinion, anyway.

yeh that's kinda where I was going with it. It shouldn't take too much to mod it to fit a scope
