richyf 0
Hello to everyone. I'm new to this site and also to nv. Ive just swapped my rangefinder for a Yukon NVRS-F with a doubler. Im taking it out this evening to check that everythings working as it should and to use it as a spotting scope. Obviously I havent fitted it yet as I think I need a seperate weaver rail. Its going on my S510. Do any of you guys have this or similar scope fitted to an Air Arms or other airgun with a raised magazine? Am I going to need the raised rail or will it be ok on the normal flat rails? Also, I know the in-built ir on the scope isnt going to be strong enough for rabbit shooting. Ive looked at the Yukon ir( 100Mw ) but will these give enough ir light for targeting rabbits or should I buy the adaptor to allow me to fit my Tracer mini-pro to the scope? Any advice greatly appreciated Richy
