borntoshoot 1
anyone know how long to leave it for?
fin and fur 2
The truth is the longer you leave it the better, this goes for all fruit to alcohol infusions. I make Sloe Gin, Sloe Brandy and Sloe Vodka myself and find that the nine month infusion is better by miles than the stuff i have left for six months. If you want it in the next couple of weeks then you may be pushing your luck a bit, the earliest i would consider to be worthwhile would be three months and thats pushing it a bit. all the best fin and fur
