as above this is always that i have wanted to do since young. my grandad used to do it many years ago when we was working down the pit.

 

if there is anyone on the site that races whippets or can offer me any help or advice of how to get into it i would be very greatful.

 

also info of what lines of dog to look into and the average price to spend.

 

i am also doing more research on the net but i think that if you speak to somebody with personal experiance then you will gain more from it!!

 

and would be even better if there was anyone in the staffordshire area or close so that we could meet up and have a chat

Hi, i used to race whippets, its not what its cracked up to be mate. there is a web site called k9 community if you go on there and look for a forum called non ped whippet racing someone should be able to sort you out!!!

ayup mate mate yer self a member of the whippit forum they will give you loads of advice and info on club meets for ped and non ped racing .
