JackWard 0
Hi The river i fish (Ehen) in Cumbria is only small and doesnt have as many fish as there use to be. However, there is one or two salmon/sea trout which you hear about being caught. As it is only small and currently on flood i was wondering what are the best conditions to spin for them and which lures, are best. As i am desperate to catch one, having been out plenty of days, without success. Thanks Quote Link to post
country-kid 2
black flying c with silver balde! you want the river up a bit with a bit of colour but not dirty! then cast out to the other bank and retrieve slowly! also use a swivel and about 1.5 foot of mono between your main line and your spinner!
