take the dog to a normal vet and tell them you will have cash for them when you come back for the dog , go back pick up the dog hand them what you can aford if they try and get wide with you tell them that you are going to pay them but only what you can aford every week or fortnight . it is as easy as that mate they have to op on the dog due to the vets code of conduct and they have to except payment in instalments it is the law .

Bloody stupid advice and totally wrong, it is NOT the law that they have to accept installments, and what happens when the dog has to go back for aftercare?

thats true also.they cannot legally refuse to treat an injured animal regardless of money issues or they can and would be struck off

Once again totally wrong.

Go to the PDSA.

i think you will find that it is the law , by the sounds of it you are one of them b*****ds rspca ,

:clapper: I f*****g love this place of late. As soon as someone disagrees with someone else, they're either a copper, grass, RSPCA officer or an Anti!

..oh & BTW, I'm a serving police officer, RSPCA member, PETA fund-raiser, snitching little RSPB patron by the name of Bill Oddie.

well lads just an update its all gone tits up with the pdsa im not living in theyr catchment area so they wouldnt see him and they reffused the pet loan

so hes booked in to the rspca for 3:50 this afternoon, hes gonna have to be neuterd gutted.

unless theres some one on here who has housing benefit and living in cardiff who could take him to the pdsa for me, a long shot but you never know till you ask, iv got till 3:50 to sort sumin

have you told them you wont have him neuterd as he's for showing. i hate the fukn rspca. they have no right to MAKE you do that. have you tried dogs trust. ? i would take him to be treated at 3.50. but i would say they are not to nueter him. get him insured ASAP.

you know what i did when my cat was hit by a car. I took her to a vet said get her sorted I dont care how much it cost. when the cat was sorted i told them i could only pay weekly. by law as long as you offer to pay there is nothing they can do even if it only £1 a week. to late for you. but i would go see citizen advice,
