josh77 0 Posted August 31, 2009 Report Share Posted August 31, 2009 Find a silt patch if any as these are a magnet for the catfish due to the blood worms that live in them. The bait i find works best is either halibut pellets or a big chunk of luncheon meat. Also look for reatures in the lake that the cats may be hanging around. good luck!! Quote Link to post
dirtwinger 235 Posted September 1, 2009 Report Share Posted September 1, 2009 I have found liver to be very effective, my personal preference is hare liver as this has a very strong scent often I get bites within seconds of hitting the water.
