ginababys 0
Can anyone help me find some lamping permission in Yorkshire. I have plenty of permission for ferritin but no one seems to want me lampin I only managed to get out a handful of times last season with the lamp without permission then i was caught by a rather annoyed farmer. He's got laser censors on all his fields the git, i wouldn't mind the dog had just caught a rabbit and he took it off us :realmad: and said he'd shoot me dog if he caught us again! I don't wanna pinch anyone elses pitch but could do with a point in the right direction if anyone knows of anywhere that needs a few bunnys bustin... Quote Link to post
arcticgun 4,548
Get out there knocking on doors mate, I cannot see anyone handing you some land on a plate. It is hard to get permission for dogs, but if you don't ask you don't get best of luck with it! atvb Richard Quote Link to post
ssssh1forthepot 0
You say you have loads of permission for ferts, I would start with these and try and convince them to let you have a bit of a shine at nights, your allready half way there seeing as you know them but as arctic says start knocking on doors Quote Link to post

Also dont go dressed in full camo gear it doesnt look good Quote Link to post
ginababys 0
I've got permission in the yorkshire dales with a few farmers and a few in wetherby and 1 at pontefract but they won't let dogs on because of bleedin sheep and horses. We went round loads of farms last season but no luck. I even asked the farmers i've got permission with to ask there farmer buddys for me but not heard owt! Up in the dales he lets us go on with shotguns and air guns i don't no what everyones beef is with the dogs I wonder if there confused about the law? It doesn't help when idiots are runnin the fields in scoobys and destroying there land Quote Link to post
ssssh1forthepot 0
Try your local golf courses and places like that as they would prefer you to clear the rabbits at night. Quote Link to post

Thats a good idea i never thought of that one, theres loads of golf courses near me aswell. It'd be the best option on there cos its too near the main road for shooting and they won't want ferrets on cos of the digging Quote Link to post
