glass22 0
I've removed all my moles, but new ones move in. I catch them within a few hours of them moving in, but is there anyway to stop them coming back? any kind of repellent etc that would make the area less inviting? I know things like solar repellers, chemical smells etc have been proven to be...well utter crap at removing moles, but would they help with reinfestation? Quote Link to post

410phil 4
You could just leave your set traps in the ground and keep trapping or try leaving the dead moles pushed up the tunnel from where you set the trap and disturbing the runs with a garden fork??? Phil Quote Link to post
camies 1
Open the runs for a while, moles don't like fresh air but unless you can collaspe all the tunnel system as llanshooter says "nature abhorrs a vacuum" and there is a waiting list for new moles to enter old tunnels (or at least that's what is seems in my garden!) TOPPER 1,809
pour a load of waste engine oil down the tubes or cresote that will keep them out Quote Link to post
Matt 160
pour a load of waste engine oil down the tubes or cresote that will keep them out That would be illegal, would kill all the plants and grass, and is unlikely to stop the moles digging around it. Quote Link to post
