Ratcherman 0 Posted August 24, 2009 Report Share Posted August 24, 2009 Well i decided to have a couple of hours on the rape stubble on saturday we got set up for 3 and shot till just after 5.When we got there we lifted hundreds of pigeons quite a few woodys but mainly skemmies ,we had the decoys out and the magnet my mate shot a couple of woodies and then he decided to go and sit in the car to listen to the match.He probably didnt even get to the car and the pigeons started hitting hard i finshed the session on 44 skemmies and 13 woodies ,there was probably about another dozen that dropped down the field that the dog didnt pick,i dont think his dog liked working the rape stubble as it is so hard really enjoyed the couple of hours shooting better than listening to football anyday Quote Link to post
