Culling dogs and the law

Recommended Posts

Guy got let off from prosecution for killing his ex gf dog with a brick.

Anybody killing a dog with a brick needs the hiding of a lifetime..............with a brick...........

Swampy, was it the case where a bloke killed his Mrs' Yorkie with one almighty boot in temper? He got let off because the dog was killed instantly, and didn't suffer. Should have had the same dome to him, IMO. Killing a dog because you're in a fit or rage is not the same as doing it for a legitimate reason, again JMO.

As long as the dog didn't suffer, I can't see any case standing up in court Gnasher, tell your mate to keep a cool head, and maintain that the dog was his, and the killing of it was instant. He doesn't have to say any more than that.

Let the RSPCA waste how ever much money it'll take to bring him to court.

so what about hanging a dog? good enough for saddam lol
