fin and fur 2
Anything by Richard Jeffries (The Gamekeeper at home/The amatuer poacher ) is worth a read, he was one of the few Authors i could name who seems to subconsiously generate reader interest in such a way that you can readily pick up where you left off. Henry David Theroux's book Walden is also a good read but maybe a little repetative at times, Theroux only gained true acceptance as an author long after his death, having spent many years unpublished. And of course theres Colin Willock, whos bio on the great Kenzie in particular is a firm favourite too. all the best fin and fur

lurchergrrl 1,441
James Clevells - Shogun. What a book. Must agree - very good, big fat read that one. Cripes, haven't thought of that book in years. Ghostly is it only books on hunting you're into? One of the most gripping, interesting and consuming books I ever read was Roots. Absolutely astounding.
