shepp 2,285
I have a Bushnell 3-9 x 40 scope which has plain cross hairs on my hw100sk 177. I wondered if it is much more of an advantage for judging trajectory if the cross hairs have mil dots and do illuminated scopes benefit dusk shooting or are they just for lamping? If I were to change what would be a good replacement? Cheers Shepp Quote Link to post
cometa300s 20
i have illuminated scopes for lamping and they help quite a bit but it depends on what you are using them for and if you like them in the first place hope you find the right ones mate all the best liam Quote Link to post
Guest larson
i wouldnt change just for trajectory as your always near with the 177 anyway, just hold the cross hair over/under and save some money. Quote Link to post

As above really, learn to shoot what you have, (not meant as an insult BTW) Bushnell from what I gather are pretty good scopes. I have both a mil-dot scope on my springer, and a simple x-hair on my PCP. I use them both as if they are x-hairs Phantom Quote Link to post
shepp 2,285
I will stick with it, it looks pretty good quality I must admit. Thanks for the advice. Quote Link to post
