davidlloyd 16
Can anybody help? I saw Belgian Hares for sale at an auction many years ago and I'm sure, from memory, I was told they are easy to keep and breed in sheds/runs. If this is correct, does anybody know where I could get some and what are the legalities about releasing them to populate an area which has no hares at all? Would it need to be on your own land with a secure boundary? Any help would be very much appreciated. Cheers, David
J Darcy 5,871
They are not hares mate. They are just a species of rabbit. I doubt if they would survive two minutes in the wild.
