Guest lurchers&terriers
was out with one of my daughters yesterday and it was quite windy. now where i live there are tower flats and he wind is a lot stronger around these due to the crap design. i was walking past one with my girl in her pram and a huge gust of wind came and blew the pram over. It took me by surprise and as i was trying to lift the pram up with my daughter screaming all my shopping that i had under the pram went flying over the road. Thee were people by the shops laughing as cars were just driving over my shopping and some people in the cars were grinning. Can someone tell me whats funny about a wee girl breaking her heart as her dad is trying to sort her out and there shopping getting ruined. If i seen that i would be straight over helping out and i wouldn't find it funny at all but thats because i was brought up with respect and to help my fellow humans. I would be horrified if i see that not laugh. My daughters just fine but a bit shaken

bobndog 0
Unfortunately this is the way of the world at the moment, even more unfortunately, I cannot see the situation improving in the future. This is the sort of behaviour that I have seen in third world countries a great deal, laughing at others misfortunes, it doesn't say much for us as a nation does it? I would be horrified if i see that not laugh. My daughters just fine but a bit shaken Its a real shame that there are people like this in the world, i wonder if they would laugh when the boots on the other foot ? My experience is that these muppets are still in the minority, there are many good and decent people out there who would lend a hand and help out in such circumstances, however there are people out there who are less than caring. I remember a few years back having a bad fall from my mountain bike on a very remote country road, there were bits of bike all over the place and the car driver who was behind me at the time just swung out to overtake me as i lay in the road, driving over bits of my wrecked bike in the process. Some people just dont want to help, and some people just think that the predicament of others is a subject of humour but as i say thankfully these morons are in the minority. justin 2
me and a motorcycle was stopped at lights on the start of a duel carrageway, lights turn green, biker gives a handfull and next thing notices gravel..hes doing 60 and panicks on the brakes, looses controll and highsides bigtime throwing him 20 foot down road with bike cartwheeling behind him... i checked my mirrors before i was about to put on my hazzards and stop to help out and even before my hazzards were going on there were 4 cars behind me indicating to go around us and carry on their journey... the poor basrard was still sliding down the road when the first car was driving past me...absolute wankers...id like to see people driving past their husbands sons/ daughters/fathers at a timelike that...the bike was destroyed and the guy was pretty banged up and in shock...when the guy ground to a halt with head against the kerb he could have reached out and touched the post of the road sign..he could have been dead, and these wankers just drove on by not even looking at him...yes he pulled off fast, but so what, if i was on a bike like that, i would have done the same...shame on people for not having the decency to help others...may they all meet the same fate......condolences to you buddy... COMPO 54
My missus was driving my van when we had just bought it and she didn't understand the back door that well, she went to the shops bought a load of shopping and was coming home, teh back door sprung open as it hadn't been shut correctly......she knows how to shut it now! it opened on teh entrance to a round about, and most of the shopping fell out into the middle of three lanes upto the roundabout! If i had been behind her (obviously not knowing her) i would have put my hazards on and waited for her to put the stuff back in, I wouldn't have helped as i would have been watching to makesure no one over took me, and ran her over! The cars directly behind just honked and bullied her, forcing her to pull onto teh roundabout and pull all teh way round........thankfully a builder in a big van, obstructed the road and had most of it in carriers on teh pavement by the time she got round and he helped her put it in the boot again! but nearly everyone else just honked and showed frustration..............TWATS! I have also heard of a traffic hold up at lights in london......there was a car at the lights that didn't move as the lights changed several times......people started to get upset and frustrated, the car directly behind the stationary car, the driver got out and went to check on the driver shouting at him to move...............he realised something wasn't right as the driver was slumped over the wheel!............so what does he do? he opens the door, realises that the driver is dead! I and most of you would call an ambulance and possibly try CPR or such depending on our first aid experience No the second driver took the handbrake off, pushed the dead man and his car onto the pavement and then got in his own car to continue his journey!..................thus relieving the obstruction......none of teh other drivers or pedestrians nearby helped the slumped man.......................the driver who pushed him to teh kerb though did think twice a few miles down the road and then called 999..............when he was nearly home though............the old lad was dead by teh time police and the ambulance arrived.........perhaps if help had been summoned immediately things would have been different........ AMAZINGLY SELFISH!
