supersam 64
meself and the bro decided to go out and do a bit of ferreting today... seemed a good idea at the time with it being overcast today.. when we arrived at our permission even though still overcast it was very warm id say 20 degrees or so... with that there was about 400billion flies buzzing around us and the dogs ;D ;D so we decided to do just 1 ground set as we were there n all... so in went the ferret..we had the pup and the black dog with us and and they waited for a bolter... within a few minutes a rocket propelled rabbit came out and was narrowly missed at the first attempt.then the pup stratigically bump the black dog out of the way to make a nice stike and catch.... think with frustration from the black dog for not catchin it between the too the rabbit was not fit for a photo as it was in a complete mess...soft mouthed or what : : ;D one in the bag... ferret popped his nose out for a look and went straight back down... 10 mins later another one out which the black dog made no mistake from a short distance and no 2 was in the bag.... ferret popped his nose out again but after another 5 mins he was back out and picked up and we headed for home well pleased with this short trip out even though bittin to shit from flys ;D ;D the one that was fit for a pic... regards IP Edited August 15, 2009 by supersam Quote Link to post
