410phil 4
the only book i've read about ferrets/ferreting was modern ferreting by plummer and i thaught it was ok cheers, jay. Fred J Taylors- GUIDE TO FERRETING W.Carnegie - FERRETS AND FERRTEING RABBITING ANND FERRETING ,A BRITISH FIELD SPORTS SOCIETY BOOKLET FERRETS AND FERRETING,Peter whitaker All good guides Fred J Taylors guide is probably the most comprehensive guide but they are all a bit old school so if you are after a modern book try simon whitehead of Pakehurst ferrets Hope it helps Phil Quote Link to post

Lerk 0
I have books from: Mckay, Whitehead, Plummer & Sean Frain... Only advice i'd give is - if you know nowt, don't buy the Frain books. He has some weird ideas and IMHO you need to know normal ideas first so you can sift through his weird ones without taking them as gospel... Quote Link to post
